Items will be shipped USPS/UPS; after an order is paid in full you will receive a tracking number. If you don’t love your purchase, we offer a 14 days exchange policy, item must be unwashed, unworn, with the tags on. Receipt must be present to do an exchange. All returns will be in the form of store credit. We do encourage you to try on your finds as soon as possible. Please contact Gretchen's Boutique to return your item within 14 days of purchase/shipping. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and the cost of return shipping is at the customer’s request. We cannot guarantee size/style availability on items, so if you wish to exchange an item, we will issue store credit and you can use that to re-purchase your product. Jewelry, accessories, swimwear, seasonal items, clearance and mark down items are as is, final sale. All returned items must be returned in the original condition.
