All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on your location, shipping method selected, and package size.
Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed and shipped after payment is received in full.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships.
Responsibility After Shipping
Once your order has been handed off to USPS or UPS, or once you receive a tracking number, the package becomes the responsibility of the customer.
Please be sure to:

Gretchen’s Boutique is not responsible for:

Lost, missing, or stolen packages after they are in the carrier’s possession

Delays caused by USPS, UPS, or weather conditions

Packages returned to sender due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses
If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, it can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
Shipping Times & Delays
Once shipped, delivery times are estimated by the carrier and not guaranteed. Factors like weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect delivery.

Important Note
We do not offer refunds for orders marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier for help filing a claim if needed.
