If you don’t love your purchase, we offer a 14 days exchange policy, item must be unwashed, unworn, with the tags on. All returns will be in the form of store credit. We do encourage you to try on your finds as soon as possible. Please contact Gretchen's Boutique to return your item within 14 days of purchase/shipping. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and the cost of return shipping is at the customer’s request. We cannot guarantee size/style availability on items, so if you wish to exchange an item, we will issue store credit and you can use that to re-purchase your product. Jewelry, accessories, swimwear, seasonal items, clearance and mark down items are as is, final sale. All returned items must be returned in the original condition. Gretchen's Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return if it is not in the original condition. Please contact us within 14 days if you have received a wrong or defective item, we will do our best to correct the issue.
Damaged / Items
Although rare, we do come across a missed seam or small hole, or situations can cause damage during production or transportation of clothing. Please be sure to check your items over after purchase; we will replace a damaged item within 14 days of purchase/shipping. If a we do not have a same product to replace, a store credit will be issued.
